知识经济时代背景下青山湖科技城规划策略研究

摘　　要：我国科技城的发展体现出创新产业链不完整以及创新主体环境要素不完善两个问题,通过对国内外科技城发展趋势的判断,并结合青山湖科技城规划设计的实际案例研究,认为科技城功能上需要促进生产、服务和生活三大功能的互动;产业上需要推动研发-转化-制造的产业联动体系的建立;空间组织上依据规模与区位不同,以街区型和园区型模式进行组织;生态结构上需要维护区域生态格局、加强与区域生态系统沟通、构建多样生态系统;服务配套上需要提供多层次的安居场所、完备的服务设施,倡导健康的生活方式。Two problems in the development of scientific and technological cities in China are evident:incomplete production chains of innovation economy and the lack of a creative milieu.Based on a review of researches on scientific and technological city development at home and abroad and an analysis of Qingshan lake scientific and technological city,this paper explores the development model of scientific and technological city in five aspects:main function composition,industrial linkages,patterns of spatial organization,regional ecological concerns andurban amenities.
