摘 要:沼液是畜禽粪尿经厌氧发酵产生的发酵液,随意排放将对环境产生一定危害,有效利用将带来一定的经济效益。用沼液水培芹菜,不仅可以为芹菜提供丰富的营养物质,还能达到废物资源化利用的目的。通过生物浮床工艺,将芹菜水培于不同浓度沼液中,研究其生长特性及其对污染物的去除能力,得出用沼液水培芹菜的最佳稀释倍数。结果表明:经过80 d的种植,稀释30倍的沼液水培的芹菜生物增长量最大;随着沼液稀释倍数的增加,芹菜的茎叶部分与根部中N的质量分数越小。芹菜对稀释100倍沼液中TN的去除率最高,为94.6%;对稀释10倍沼液中TP的去除率最高,为90.6%。沼液经稀释20~50倍之后水培芹菜的TN、TP去除率都较高;稀释30~40倍沼液水培芹菜所取得的环境效益和经济效益较高。Slurry is the livestock manure anaerobic fermentation,which is harm to the environment if discharged indiscriminately.And slurry will bring some economic benefits if used effectively.Cultivating celery in slurry can not only provide rich nutrients but also achieve the purpose of utilization of slurry.In this paper,to study the growth characteristics of celery and the removal capacity of N,P,celeries were planted in slurry diluted into different concentrations by biological floating bed.The results showed that:after 80 days growth,the celery planted in the slurry diluted into 30 times had the biggest growth in weight.With the increase of dilution times,the mass fraction of N in celery roots and the leaves were smaller.The TN removal efficiency of celery planted in slurry diluted into 100 times was the biggest,which was 94.6%.The TP removal efficiency of celery planted in slurry diluted into 10 times was the biggest,which was 90.6%.The TP and TN removal efficiency of celery planted in slurry diluted into 20~50 times were bigger than the other times.The environmental and economic benefits of planting celery in slurry diluted into 30~40 times were the highest.
