摘　　要：通过对4个有代表性的发达国家(美国、英国、日本、澳大利亚)气象灾害防御机制现状进行分析与总结,并与我国现行气象灾害防御机制进行对比分析,以期找出我国气象灾害防御机制中存在的问题,为设计和建立适合我国的气象灾害防御高效机制提供参考。Though reviewing and summarizing the statues of meteorological disasters defense mechanism in four developed country(United States,Britain,Japan and Australia) as well as comparing the similarities and the differences on defense mechanism in developed countries and in China,this paper aims to identify the shortcoming on meteorological disasters defense mechanism existing in our country.Hopefully,to provide a reference on establishment our highly - efficient meteorological disasters defense mechanism.
