技术创新网络中基于成员企业吸收能力的企业竞争优势与其技术创新绩效关系研究

摘　　要：本文基于西安市高新技术开发区105家企业为样本,通过问卷调查的方式获取样本数据,并通过实证分析验证了在技术创新网络中,成员企业的吸收能力对企业的竞争优势及技术创新绩效都有正向促进作用;同时,企业的竞争优势也能促进技术创新绩效的提高;另外,企业的吸收能力还能通过竞争优势对技术创新绩效的提高发挥间接作用。Based on xi'an high - tech development zone,105 firms as samples,through the questionnaire survey data access, we validated by empirical analysis in technology innovation networks,the member enterprises absorbing ability have positive role in promoting enterprise competitive advantage and technology innovation achievements.At the same time,the competitive advantage of enterprises can promote technological innovation performance improvement In addition,the enterprises absorbing ability based on competitive advantage have the indirect effects to technological innovation improve performance.
