基于耗散结构理论的企业合作创新系统研究

摘　　要：依据现阶段企业创新能力的博弈分析,选择合作型自主创新模式是企业"竞合"博弈的最优策略。基于耗散结构理论建构合作创新系统结构与功能模型,以企业为创新主体的合作创新复杂系统模型和知识管理系统模型,探讨合作创新系统有序演化的基本条件和可行性对策。对合作创新系统知识管理熵与系统负熵的量化,导出合作创新系统状态判别的基本标准。According to the Game analysis of the existing enterprise innovative capacity,choosing the cooperation of independent innovation model is the optimum strategy of the 'competition-cooperation' Game analysis.?Based on dissipation-structure to build the cooperative innovative system structure、function model,the complicated system model of cooperative innovation based on enterprise innovative-body,and the knowledge-management system model,which is the basic、evolvable conditions and feasible way to discuss the cooperative innovation system.Through the study on knowledge-management entropy of the cooperative innovation and the quantification of the dissipation-structure minus entropy,the basic identifiable criterion of the system state can be educed.
