摘　　要：依据战略联盟核心理念,对我国施工承包企业战略联盟进行探讨。首先从三个方面分析了我国建筑承包企业组建企业战略联盟的必要性和可行性,进而研究在我国特殊国情下组建战略联盟的基本框架模式,并最终通过分析国际顶级承包商的发展史来探讨我国的建筑施工承包企业可行的发展道路,以促进我国建筑承包企业的发展。Based on the basic concept and core ideal of the strategic alliance,this article tries to discuss about the strategic alliance of construction contractors.First from three aspects the article analyses the necessity and the feasibility of strategic alliances,then it analyses the basic framework models of strategic alliances if it is used in our country.Finally through the analysis of international top contractor's history this article discusses the feasible development path of our country's construction contracting enterprise.
