摘　　要：从经济、文化、社会等宏观角度来比较奥德修与亚哈两者的旅途,揭示两者差异的深层次原因,认为前者的旅途反映了具有深刻身份意识和崇高人伦精神的古希腊世俗智慧,后者的旅途则是基督教关照下,近代资本主义扩张时期西方人心态的一种投射。This paper probes the underlying reasons for the difference between Odyssey and Ahab's voyages from economic,cultural and social perspectives and argues that the former's voyage reflects the secular wisdom of ancient Greece with the characteristics of acute awareness of identity and lofty humanism while that of the latter is a projection of westerners' mentality at the era of capitalist expansion under the influence of Christianity.
