摘　　要：19世纪上半叶的美国女性社会地位低下,受传统道德标准禁锢,缺乏自由;因而她们只得穿着展现男性喜好的服装,身体受到极大束缚和伤害,也更强化了女性的无助形象。从1848年到1920年,美国妇女发起了第一次妇女解放运动,提高了自己的社会地位,在精神上变得自由和独立,从而得以摆脱紧身胸衣和臃肿长裙的束缚,拥有了健康的身体,行动也十分便利。第一次美国妇女解放运动对美国女性服装的变革产生了深远的影响。In the first half of the nineteenth century,American women had little freedom because of their low social status and strict traditional morals,which resulted in one fact:American women had to wear clothes that men liked.Therefore,women's bodies were greatly restricted and harmed,which also strengthened women's weak images.From 1848 to 1920,American women launched the first women liberation movement,which helped women raise their social status,spiritually became free and independent,physically became healthy.The First American Women Liberation Movement had great influence on American Women's Fashion Revolution.
