摘　　要：组织创新对提升中小企业的创新能力具有重要作用。运用案例分析方法,本文首先揭示企业家在组织创新过程的推动作用,然后从信息技术创新、组织结构创新、业务流程创新和管理制度创新四个维度探讨中小企业通过组织创新提升创新能力的机制。Organization innovation has positive effect on leveraging innovation competence in SMEs.Using case study method,this paper firstly analyzes the entrepreneur's important effect in promoting organizational innovation.Then from four dimensions including information technology innovation,organizational structure innovation,business process innovation and management system innovation,the paper empirically explores the mechanism of organization innovation for leveraging innovation competence in SMEs.
