摘　　要：本文基于全面创新管理的框架,分析浙江省机械行业中小企业创新能力情况。首先,根据全面创新管理的范式,构建主要的创新能力,分析总体的情况,然后探索企业创新能力的发展状况。最后对创新能力与创新绩效之间的关系作了一定分析。Based on framework of Total Innovation Management(TIM),this study analyzed innovation capability of SMEs in Machinery Industry of Zhejiang Province. Firstly,this paper constructed the various dimensions of TIM,and analyzed the development of innovation capability in different stages.From start-up phase to maturity phase,all capability has been strengthened,but capability growth had some differences.Enterprises generally more concerned about marketing capability,but did not emphasized others aspects of strategy,culture and process which indirectly affected performance.At the end,this research analyzed the relationship between innovation capability and innovation performance.Strengthening innovation capability means a higher level of innovation performance.So,it had practical significance that enhancing the innovation capability of SMEs via TIM.However,only technological innovation capability directly affected the innovation performance.In the environment of low technological turbulence,firms needed to improving the technological innovation through enhancing others innovation capability.This research only had a preliminary analysis about innovation capability.The research about the relationship among various different innovation capabilities needed to further explore in the future.
