摘　　要：知识管理是以创新为核心的新一代管理模式,它首先适用于新兴的“知识型”企业。这一全新的管理理念用于图书馆,使图书馆经历了一个从文献组织,到信息管理,最后到知识管理的一个转化。本文考察了图书馆引入知识管理的背景,重点阐述了知识管理的主要内容,探讨了知识管理实施以及构建现代图书馆管理机制的条件。Knowledge management is a management mode of new generation with innovation at the core,it issuitable for new developing'knowledge type'enterprises at first.Brand-new management theory this used in library,make library go through one organization from the document,get information management,a transformation to reachknowledge management finally.This text has observed that the library introduces the background of knowledge manage-ment,has explained the main content of knowledge management especially,and have probed into the condition imple-mented in knowledge management.
