压缩大学基础英语,提高语言学习效率——试论重点大学大学英语课程设置改革

摘　　要：大学特别是重点大学里的学生对现行的大学英语课程设置模式普遍感到不满。学习懈怠 ,逃课严重 ,兴趣下降。文章分析了现行的大学英语课程设置的弊病 ,提出压缩基础阶段英语学习的课程设置模式。Students in colleges, especially in key universities, share common disappointment with the current curriculum design of College English. They skip school and are lacking in motivation. Through an analysis of the defects in the present College English curriculum, this paper proposes a revised curriculum, a curriculum aiming to reduce College English and increase learning efficiency.
