摘　　要：Northeast China is the hometown of Manchurians. The Qing Government paid much attention to the defence of the Northeast. In the middle of the 17th century, the Russians invaded the area along Heilongjiang River, which greatly alerted the Qing Government. The Qing GOVernment took many proper and efficient measures that protected the long - term interest of China. Strategic defence and activestruggles, as well as well - planned operations led to the Qing GOvernment’s victory over the Russian invaders. However, success didn’ t mean forgetting defence. After foe treaty of Nertchinsk was signed, the emperors of the Qing Dynasty still kept a clear head, and proceeded to try to safeguard the safety of the land of the Northeast of China.Northeast China is the hometown of Manchurians.
