摘　　要：该文设计了高校科研机构评价指标体系 ,并以校研究所为实例进行了定量统计和绩效评价分析 。The Paper designs the target system of achievement and eifficacy of colleges' scientific research departments, makes corresponding examplary statistical analyses and appraisals of Xinjiang University's research departments, and suggests measures to be taken for improvement.
