摘　　要：中国治边方略集中体现了历代中央政权稳边、建边、保边的思想,是承载国家民族领土主权完整的战略平台。数千年的治边实践,使得中国凝练出思则有备、开阔恢宏、厚重鲜明的治边理念,主要包括:以维护统一作为定边的根本原则;以促进文化认同作为安边的深厚底蕴;以边疆内地一体化作为建边的实现途径。形成了视野开阔、刚健务实、包容和谐的治边策略:主要包括理性务实实现政治安边;战略谋划实现屯垦戍边;多措并举实现经济兴边;备边足戍实现军事固边;兼容包蓄实现文化凝边。这些博大精深、源远流长的理念与策略带给我们深刻的治边启示:要站在"中国梦"的战略高度不断创新治边方略;准确定位当代治边的历史方位与目标;妥善解决当前的治边重点问题。China's borderland-control strategy is focused on the ideas of stabilizing, constructing and defending borderland issued by the imperial court during previous dynasties as a strategic platform to keep national territorial sovereignty.The frontier-control prac- tice for ages enables China to come up with the ideas of borderland control featured by mental preparation,majestic air and obvious importance.They are keeping unification as a fundamental principle for frontier fortification to promote cultural identification as rich deposit for borderland stability with integration between frontier and inner-land as an approach to frontier construction. The frontier- control strategy is of broad vision,firm pragmatism and accommodating harmony. Such a strategy aims to reach political stability in ra- tional and pragmatic manner, reclaim land while garrisoning frontier as a strategic plot and revitalize borderland through economy in multiple coordinated ways and fortify frontier with military force by preparing adequate arms together with cultural cohesive force im- posed on frontier. Such a profound concept and strategy with long history gives us such a frontier-control message:frontier-control strategy to be updated in the strategic perspective of 'Chinese Dream';the historical position and aim of contemporary frontier control defined accurately and frontier-control problems handled well.
