圆叶蹄蝠膜壳絛虫新种 Hymenolepis hipposidera sp.n.

摘　　要：1960年夏天,我系生物标本厂自閩侯县南屿鎮蝙蝠洞采集一批蝙蝠,标本經脊椎动物教研组鉴定为圓叶蹄蝠(Hipposideros pratti Thomas)。作者会檢驗其腸道,获得多量絛虫标本,经詳細研究,系为膜壳絛虫新种,訂名Hymenolepis hipposidera sp. n. 新种主要特征虫体新鮮时白色,全长75-150毫米,最大寬度3毫米,是为中型絛虫。生殖孔位于体节的单側中央稍偏后方判构芏?腹管較粗,寬度0.076—0.054毫米;背管较細,寬度0.018毫米。In a survey of Helminth-parasites of mammals, a large number of cestodes were found from the bat, Hipposideros pratti Thomas, during the summer of 1960. All specimens were identified as one species of Hymenolepis which revealed to be new to science when the morphological comparison was made. The name, Hymenolepis hipposidera sp. nov., was given and the specific characters were described as follows:Hymenolepis hipposidera sp. nov.Specific diagnosis: Hymenolepis Weinland 1885, with the generic characters. Strobila 75-150mm long, 3mm in maximum breadth. Scolex 0.288mm wide, with aspinose suckers 0.072-0.082mm in diameter. Rostellum in contracted condition measuring 0.067-0.075mm wide by 0.112mm long. Rostellar sac 0.096-0.100mm wide by 0.104-0.187mm long. Rostellar hooks 22-24 in nnmber, each measuring 0.021-0.024 mm long. Genital pore unilateral, slightly posterior to the middle of each proglottid.Testes first appear in the 156-175th proglottids, lying in right triangle. Inmature testes (in the 156-236th proglottids) measuring 0.016-0.064mm in diameter. Mature testes (in the 366-388th proglottids) with 0.096-0.160mm in diameter. The fully developed testes (in the 390-410th proglottids) measuring 0.160-0.192mm in diameter. In some contracted specimens testes lying in straight line. Vesicula semminalis externa voluminous, oval in shaps, 0.096.0.128mm by 0.169-0.224mm in size. Vesicula seminalis interna spindle-shaped, occupying the whole space of the cirrus pouch, reaching and passing the longitudinal excretory canal, 0.032-0.048mm long by 0.144-0.176mm wide. Cirrus aspinose, 0.007mm in breadth, often found inside the cirrus pouch.Ovary sac-like, lying transversely in the mid region of the proglottid. Fully developed ovary appreciably lobed, about 0.192-0.304mm by 0.032-0.144mm in diameter. Vitellaria ovated, located behind the ovary, 0.032-0.034mm in diameter. Receptaculum seminis prominent, 0.064-0.144mm in size, overlapping the dorsal surface of the vesicula seminis externa and ovary. Uterus transversed and sac-li
