摘 要:目的探讨92例非小细胞肺癌患者血清p53抗体和临床病理特征之间的关系及放化治疗期间p53抗体的变化。方法治疗前检测92例非小细胞肺癌患者和50名健康人血清p53抗体水平,92例非小细胞肺癌患者在放疗剂量为20 Gy/(10 f·12 d),40 Gy/(20 f·26 d)和60 Gy/(30 f·36 d)下,检测p53抗体水平。结果 92例非小细胞肺癌患者血清p53抗体阳性率明显高于正常人(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌患者p53抗体阳性率与分化程度、疾病分期、肿块大小,淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05),与性别,年龄,肿块的位置无显著相关性(P>0.05)。放疗剂量40 Gy/(20 f·26 d)和60 Gy/(30 f·40 d),p53抗体阳性率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。p53抗体高表达的癌症患者治疗疗效较p53抗体阴性患者治疗疗效差。结论放疗前后对血清p53抗体连续变化的监测,对评估非小细胞肺癌患者治疗和预后有帮助。Objective To explore the relationship between p53 antibody and clinical and pathological characteristics in 92 cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer, and to investigate Chang of P53 antibody. Methods The serum p53-Ab levels were detected in 92 cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer and 50 healthy adults The blood samples were collected on the day before radiotherapy and on the administration of an irradiation dose of 20 Gy/(10 f·12 d), 40 Gy/(20 f·26 d) and 60 Gy/(30 f·36 d) after radiotherapy. Results The level and positive rate of serum p53-Abs in 92 cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer were signiifcantly higher than those innormal individuals (P<0.05) The positive rate of p53-Abs in 92 cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer was related to Tumor differentiation, disease stage the size of tumor and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but it was not signiifcantly related to sex, age and site of tumor . The level and positive ratof p53-Abs had signiifcant differences between before radiotherapy and after administration of an irradiation dose of 40 Gy/(20 f·26 d) and 60 Gy/(30 f·36 d) (P<0.05). The positive rate of p53-Abs in tumor patients with effect was significantly lower than that in thosewithout effect after radiotherapy. Conclusion Detection of serum p53-Abs is helpful to the patients with non small cell lung cancer Monitoring for sequential change of serum p53-Abs before and after radiotherapy in patients with patients with non small cell lung cancer is also useful to evaluate the response to the treatment and prognosis of the patients.
