摘　　要：中国近代史上的两次对外开放造成的经济变迁导致伦理道德的迷惘.新世纪中国伦理道德重建应具有现代化意识和全球意识,重要的是建立适应世俗社会的公共伦理,以开放的心态把握中国伦理道德重建的机遇和挑战.In modem times, China has experienced twice openness and e-conomic transformation which are accompanied by ethical and moral perplexity. In our current efforts of construrtiong a new moral and ethical paradigm, we must be equipped with modern consciousness and cosmopolitanism. In the final analysis, we must set up common ethics which come to terms with secular life.
