摘　　要：以全国１０所体育院校２３０名硕士、博士研究生为研究对象，调查分析了体育院校研究生思想、学习与生活状况，提出了研究生管理教育工作的主要对策。The author made a detailed study of 230 masters and doctors in 10 of the p.E. Institutes in China,investigated and analysed the postgraduates'thought,study and life. It also produced main countermeasures.anainst administering and educating postgraduates
