摘　　要：大学生就业是一个系统工程,既涉及政治、社会、经济层面,更受文化的影响和制 约。观念、制度、环境及其评价标准均构成了对大学生就业的影响,因此,更新就业理念、完善就 业体制、营造就业氛围、创新评价标准,是一种积极选择的模式。Employment of university graduates is a systematic engineering process influenced and controlled by various aspects: political, social, economic and cultural as well. Perspective, systems environment and appraisal standard all have impact on university graduates employment. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate perspective, perfect systems, nurture environment and create appraisal standard for the employment of university graduates.
