养阴抗纤复方抗大鼠肝纤维化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究养阴抗纤复方抗肝纤维化的作用。方法 :CCL4制备大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,以秋水仙碱为对照 ,观察养阴抗纤复方对大鼠肝纤维化各项指标的影响。结果 :养阴抗纤复方能保护大鼠肝功能 ,降低肝组织透明质酸 (HA)、Ш前胶原 (PCШ )、IV胶原 (IV -C)和肝组织中羟脯氨酸 (HyP)的水平 ,该方药物血清可以抑制纤维化肝细胞合成胶原 ,能显著减轻肝脏胶原纤维增生程度。结论 :养阴抗纤复方具有抗纤化作用。Objective: To study the effects of Yangyinkangxian Fang on hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Fibrosis was induced in rats by subcutaneous injection of 40% CCL 4 oily solution treated with Colchicine as control. The following parameters of hepatic fibrosis were determined. Results : The results indicated the levels of serum and hepatic tissue were significantly lower. The Yangyinkangxian Fu Fang can inhibit collagen synthesis in hepatocytes of rats fibrotic liver and reduce the deposition of extracellular matrix in the liver. Conclusion: The Yangyinkangxian Fu Fang has inhibitory effects on heptofibrosis.
