摘　　要：通过访谈与问卷调查等研究方法,对上海市闸北区23个中小学体育俱乐部的形成、发展、成果及特点进行了论述。同时,就当前中小学课余体育训练的改革,提出了建议。By visits and taks as well as questionnaire,the authors demonstrate the formation, development,achievements and features of the 23 sports clubs of the primary and midddle schools in Zhabei District, Shanghai. Furthermore, the paper gives some suggestions on the reform of sports training in spare time for the students in primary and middle schools.
