摘 要:本文通过对11名10—12岁游泳运动员660人次不同泳距训练课和测验课血乳酸变化的测试分析,提出递增强度的短距离训练是发展儿童速度、耐力的多能训练;合理的中距离训练有利于促进儿童心肺功能及机体的全面发展;而长距离训练有一定局限性,不可片面追求。By the testing analysis on the blood lactate changes of 660 person-time among 11 freestylers aged 10 to 12 at training and examination lessons of different distances, the paper proposes that short distance training of increasing strength progressively is a comprehensive training for developing children's velocity and endurance; reasonable middle-distance training will be benefit to promote overall development of children's cardiorespiratory func tion and body; long-distance training has a certain limit and it couldn't be taken aimlessly.
