学龄期儿童Y染色体形态与生长发育主要指标关系的初步探讨

摘　　要：对37名小学男生进行了6年(8～13岁)的生长发育主要指标的追踪测试,按常规方法,从外周血培养中制备染色体标本片.利用Olympus显微镜观察染色体,并用Univar扫描显微分光光度仪对染色体进行扫描测量.对数据进行统计学处理,研究二者的关系及遗传对生长发育的影响状况.研究结果为:染色体短臂长度与身高、着丝粒指数与体重、胸围呈中度相关(P<0.05);同时建立了8～13岁各年的以染色体形态指标间接推测身高、体重、胸围的回归方程.The study is designed to investigate the effects of genetic factors on the growth and development of children. A six-year follow-up measurement was undertaken on major indexes of body growth of 37 boys from the age of eight to the age of thirteen. Chromosome preparations were obtained from peripheral blood cultures and examined with an Olympus microscope. An Univar scanning microspectrophotometer was used to measure the chromosome. Statistic analysis indicated that there were moderate and significant relations between the short arm length of Y chromosome and the height, the centromere index and the weight and chest circumference (p<0.05). Annual regression equations for the ages from eight to thirteen were established to predict height, weight and chest circumference by the morphological indexes of Y chromosome.
