摘　　要：考察了世界排球运动的发展历史和趋势,调查了在社会主义初级阶段条件下我国竞技排球运动训练系统的历史、现实状况和发展趋势,在专家预测的基础上,制定了2000年及以后一段时间我国竞技排球运动训练系统的战略决策目标和对策体系.The study describes the history and trends of the development of competitive volleyball in the world and the history, present status and tendency of the training system of competitive volleyball in the preliminary socialist stage in China. On the basis of prediction by specialists, the object and system of strategic decision on the training system of volleyball for China in the year 2000 was put forward.
