幽门螺杆菌CagA^+根除前后对胃溃疡患者hs-CRP及基质金属蛋白酶-9的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)CagA+根除前后对机体中的胃溃疡超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响,探讨幽门螺杆菌CagA+根除的临床效果。方法选取来本院治疗的CagA+HP+胃溃疡患者150例,根据患者治疗方法的不同分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组采用四联疗法,对照组采用安慰剂治疗。治疗2个月后测量患者hs-CRP及MMP-9水平。结果治疗组治疗后hs-CRP及MMP-9水平明显降低(P均<0.05),对照组治疗前后hs-CRP与MMP-9水平无明显变化。结论 CagA+HP+胃溃疡根除后能降低MMP-9和hs-CRP的水平,能促进胃溃疡炎症的愈合,治疗CagA+HP+胃溃疡疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the helicobacter pylori CagA+ eradication of gastric ulcer hs-CRP before and after the body and the change of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) level, to explore the clinical effect of helicobacter pylori CagA+eradication. Methods Chose the hospital treatment of CagA+HP+150 cases of gastric ulcer patients, divided into the treatment group (100 cases) and control group (50 cases). Treatment group using quadruple therapy in the treatment of CagA+HP+gastric ulcer patients, control group with placebo. Two months after treatment measureed hs-CRP and MMP-9 levels. Results The treatment group after treatment allergic Creactive protein (hs-CRP) and MMP-9 levels signiifcantly decreased (P<0.05), the control group before and after treatment with hs-CRP and MMP-9 level had no obvious change. Conclusion CagA+HP+gastric ulcer after eradication can reduce MMP-9 and hs-CRP level, can promote the healing of gastric inlfammation, treatment of CagA+HP+gastric curative effect is distinct, worth clinical promotion.
