摘 要: 通过对芹菜病毒病毒原的侵染寄主、症状特点及其发展、抗性指标、传播方式、粒体形态与大小等的观察和测定,结果表明,危害芹菜的病毒为芹菜花叶病毒(CeMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV),这两种病毒的典型鉴别寄主为胡萝卜(Daucuscarotavar.sativa)和千日红(Gomphrenaglobosa);对所得CeMV的测定发现,其致死温度为50~60℃,稀释限点为10-3~10-4,体外保毒期3~4d;电镜观察显示,其形态为线状粒体,属马铃薯y病毒组,长650~850nm,宽15~18nm;其传播方式为汁液摩擦传毒和蚜虫引起的非持久性传毒。The host range,symptom characteristics,transmitting way,shape and size etc.of pathogenic viruses in celery were tested and observed.The results showed that diseased samples were infected by CeMV (celery mosaic virus) and CMV on celery.Daucus carota var.sativa and Gomphrena globosa were the best indicator species.Isolated CeMV could be transmitted by sap rub and aphids(Myzus persicae and Cavariella japonina) in non-persistent manner efficiently.The properties of crude sap were:TIP=50~60 ℃,DEP=10^(-3)-10^(-4),LIV=3-4 days;the particles of CeMV were filamentous virus,slight flexure,about 650-850 nm in length,15-18 nm in breadth under electron microscopic studies.According to the result of identification,CeMV is considered as a member of potyvirus(potato y virus).
