摘　　要：本文认为:土地集体所有制基础上的联产承包责任制,对我国的农业生产力的发展起着很大的促进作用。同时,也带来一系列的问题,随着商品经济的发展,其局限性将愈来愈明显。因些,作者提出了大胆而又比较实际的设想:有条件地实行土地国有化,建立租赁制,并且从农业生产力条件、社会经济条件等方面进行了可行性分析。While the responsibility system based on collective ownership of land is boos-ting China's agricultural productivity, its limitations will, according to the coauthorsof this article, become ever more conspicuous with the growth of commodity eco-nomy.
