摘 要:学生生命整体发展是教学的根本目的,掌握知识技能是学生发展的基础。高校教学改革要以满足学生的生命发展需要为出发点,以此确定知识技能的构成。学生是教育活动的主体,教师的作用在于引导学生体验和形成人的存在方式,实现学生的主体性。实践与认识相结合是实现学生全面发展的唯一正确途径,学生实践的基本内容与形式有研究性学习、人际交往和社会工作。The overall development of the students is the fundamental goal of teaching and the basic functions of knowledge and skills are the foundation of the students’ development. Educators should select and deal with knowledge on the basis of their students’ need of living and development. Students are subjects of education and their own developments. Teachers are to instruct the students in experiencing and forming their own ways of being, and to realize the subjectivity and inter-subjectivity of the students. The combination of practice and recognition is the only right way of actualizing the students’ overall development. The basic contents and forms of students’ practice include research study, inter-personal communication and social work.
