摘　　要：本文系统介绍和探讨了苏军指挥管理理论的形成与发展,苏军指挥管理的概念与范畴,军队指挥管理理论的地位和作用,军队指挥管理理论的对象和任务,苏军指挥管理的原则,苏军指挥管理系统的特性,苏军指挥管理理论的方法,苏军对指挥管理的主要要求,苏军完善指挥管理的方法和手段,苏军指挥管理理论的某些特点,苏军指挥管理中存在的问题等十一个方面的问题。作者认为,苏军有一套比较完善和严密的军队指挥理论,其中许多内容对我军管理理论体系的建立具有参考和借鉴价值。Eleven points to which the present article gives a systematic review are: Forma-tion and development of the theories on the direction of and administration in the So-viet Army; Concept and scope of such direction and administration; Importance androle of such theories; Subjects treated by such theories and the purpose of them;Principles for such direction and administration; Characteristics of the Soviet Army'sdirectional and administrative system; Methodology followed by the theories on theSoviet Army's direction and administration; Major standards set by the Soviet Armyfor its direction and administration; Means by which the Soviet Army improves itsdirection and administration; Some special features of the Soviet Army's theorieson direction and administration; and problems in the Soviet Army's direction andadministration. The author holds that the Soviet Army's fully developed systemof directional theories contains valuable information for the Chinese armed forces,information useful to their endeavour to formulate a corresponding system of their own.
