改善脑血流量对短时记忆和选择反应时的影响

摘　　要：老年人常主诉记忆减退,反应不敏捷。这些改变有些属年龄增大,记忆逐步减退和反应迟纯的生理趋势所致,但也有些则是由疾病引起的,尤其是在脑动脉硬化,脑供血不足的情况下,很难保持良好的记忆。对非生理现象的脑记忆功能减退和反应迟纯的患者通过临床治疗,改善脑部血液循环后,其短时记忆功能和反应时能否提高?对此作者在使用体外反搏方法治疗12例脑血管疾病患者的过程中,着重观察了脑的短时记忆功能和选择反应时的变化。方法对象,12例脑动脉硬化症病人,年龄55—75岁。12 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis vascular insufficiency havebeen treated with external counterpulsa-tion.Then,when the cerebral blood supplywas improved,observation was especiallymade of the change of short-term memo-ry function and choice reaction time.The findings were as follows:1.The ability for abstract pictureand digit-span reproduction was evidentlyincreased after the treatment along withan increase of short term memory func-tion.2.Choice reaction time was short-ened after the treatment along with anevident improvement in action speed.
