摘　　要：语言是人类所特有的,是人脑的高级功能。语言与人的各种心理活动,特别是思维有密切关系。因而,研究言语活动的神经机制,对揭示人的心理活动规律有重要作用。关于言语活动的神经解剖生理学基础,早在十九世纪初,就开始进行了广泛的研究。The paper reports on clinical obser-vational findings of neuro-linguisticscarried out in a female patient withlanguage handicaps.The patient was illof tumour in the depths of left temporallobe of the brain.Inability to call byname for any object accompanied bydifficulty in recitation,alexia and agra-phia(with great difficulty in autonomouswriting and dictation but no difficulty incoping)are the leading symptoms of herlanguage handicaps.How to analyze theneural mechnism of the above phenomenain accordance with the characteristicfeatures of the chinese language remainsto be a question open to discussion.
