雀舌黄杨营养成分的测定

摘　　要：运用Kjeldahl法、粗纤维法、索氏浸提法、Fehling试剂法、重量法和干灰化法等多种化学分析方法对野生观赏性植物雀舌黄杨的营养成分进行分析。结果表明,雀舌黄杨中含有多种营养成分,其中粗纤维、VB1、赖氨酸含量尤为丰富,分别为38.53%、2.38mg.g-1、2.89mg.g-1。雀舌黄杨还含有丰富的矿质元素、维生素和β-胡萝卜素以及谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、丝氨酸等17种氨基酸。A variety of chemical methods such as Kjeldahl,crude fibre method,Soxhlet extraction method,Fehling method,dry ashing method and gravimetric analysis method were used to analyze nutritional components of wild ornamental plants Buxus bodinieri.It showed that there were various nutrients in it.Compared with other congeneric nutrients,crude fibre,VB1and Lys were abundant in Buxus bodinieri,and the contents were 38.53%、2.38mg.g-1 and 2.89mg.g-1 respectively.Furthermore,rich mineral elements,vitamins,β-carotene and 17kinds of amino acids such as Glu,Asp,Ser were included in Buxus bodinieri.
