摘　　要：本文简述了国内外学术界、企业界对首席质量官制度的研究和实践成果,结合我国实际构建了从国家层面到地区层面再到企业层面的首席质量官制度的推行思路和意见,希望能给读者以启示。The paper summarizes the research and practice results of chief quality officer system by scholars and companies in China.Combined with the practice and current situation in China,this paper provides the methods and suggestions on the implementation of the chief quality officer system from the national,local and enterprise level,giving a good inspiration to readers.
