摘　　要：本文介绍了2012年美国"自动扣留"我国出口食品的情况,旨在帮助我国政府相关部门和企业全面、深入了解美国"自动扣留"制度,以采取针对性措施,推动我国食品输美更加便利、顺畅,扩大对美食品贸易。After introducing the situation that the U.S.detained China’s exporting food in 2012,the paper aims to help related Chinese government departments and enterprises further understand American "automatic detainment system",and then take useful measures to make the food export conveniently and smoothly and enlarge the food trade to the U.S.
