广西师范大学乒乓球专选班学生就业情况调查与研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着高等院招生不断扩招,高等教育已从精英教育进入到大众化教育阶段,大学生就业问题已日益成为人们关注的焦点之一。文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、总结归纳法对广西师范大学乒乓球专选班学生就业情况进行调查研究,结果得出:广西师范大学乒乓球专项本科毕业生就业率逐年下降的趋势,影响其就业的原因有:毕业生不能准确定位,对就业形势认识不够、高校管理不到位及社会不良风气等。并提出:改良高校培养模式培养"一专多能"型人才、多渠道拓宽就业途径、完善就业指导工作以提高就业率。In recent years,asthe recruitment of students enrollment expansion in collegesand universities,higher education changes from elite education to popular education,and university students’ employment problem has increasingly become the focus of attention.The article uses the literature method;questionnaire survey;mathematical statistics to do the investigation and study on Guangxi N ormal University table tennis athletic training graduates about their employment situations.The study reach the conclusions:the employment rate is declining year by year about the Guangxi N ormal University table tennis athletic training graduates;the reasons include:graduates can not posit their employment and have less acknowledge on the employment situations,and colleges and universities have less enough management and the influences form poor social fashions.The study suggests to reform the talents fostering pattern in universities and colleges;to broaden students employment channels;perfect employment guidance and improve the employment rate.
