摘  要:针对某型满足TierⅡ排放法规的船用中速柴油机,采用试验设计分析了进气含湿量、喷油正时、米勒强度对柴油机NO x排放量、燃油消耗率等参数的影响权重及各因素间交互效应的大小;并对75%负荷工况下,进气加湿和米勒循环的组合方式进行了优化。研究结果表明:进气加湿是一种NO x降排潜力大,对Soot排放量和燃油消耗率影响小的降排技术;进气加湿、米勒循环的NO x降低量可在其组合应用时进行线性叠加;目标机型在75%负荷工况下,要使NO x降低75%,48.92(g·kg-1)的进气含湿量、下止点前38°CA的米勒强度为最佳组合方式。Aiming at a medium speed marine diesel engine which meets IMO TierⅡ,the effect weight of charge air humidity,injection timing and Miller strength on NO x emission,brake specific fuel consumption,etc. was investigated via design of experiments,as well as the interaction between the experiment factors. The combination strategy of charge air humidification and Miller cycle was optimized under 75% load. The research results show: charge air humidification can reduce NO x emission effectively,whereas has little effect on Soot emission and brake specific fuel consumption; the NO x reduced by charge air humidification and Miller cycle can plus linearly when they are used together; to reduce 75% NO x emission,charge air humidity with the 48. 92( g·kg-1) and Miller cycle with IVC 38 °CA b. BDC is the best combination strategy under 75% load.
