摘　　要：该文结合高校学分制条件下学生的学习和生活等方面的特点,就构建大教育、大管理的学生工作体系的基本观点、基本架构、运作机制和工作原则提出了一些观点,以期建立适合学分制特点的学生工作体系。The thesis puts forward some opinions about the essential points, the basic patterns and operating systems of ideological cultivation of college students under the credit system in order to reconstruct a cultivation system based on the characteristics of the students' life and study, to which the credit system can be properly applied.
