贫困地区农民专业合作社现状与问题考察——以重庆市万州区为例

摘　　要：为进一步加快推进农民专业合作社的建设和发展,发挥农民专业合作社在农业产业化中的引领和支撑作用,我们采用实地走访、问卷和座谈等方式,对重庆市万州区农民专业合作社现状、存在的问题等进行调研。结果显示:农民专业合作社在提高农产品销售、节约农产品经营成本、推动农业产业化经营等方面取得了显著成效,但也存在规模偏小、发展不均衡、资金短缺、人才缺乏、监管不力等问题,需要进一步加大合作社知识的宣传力度、制定鼓励合作社发展的扶持政策、加强对合作社的引导和规范,创新合作社的发展思路。In order to accelerate the construction and development of farmers’ cooperatives and bring its leading role into full play, the writers of this article have made an investigation of the current situation and existent problems in the farmers’ cooperatives in Wanzhou District by means of interview, questionnaires and talks. The result indicates that farmers’ cooperatives have achieved remarkable success in promoting the sales of agricultural products, saving operation cost, and promoting the industrialization of agriculture. However, there also exist such problems as small scales, unbalanced development, shortage of funds, lack of talents, and poor supervision. So, it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the cooperatives, formulate supporting policies for the development, strengthen the guidance and standardization and innovate the concepts of cooperatives.
