摘 要:在室内可控条件下,研究了不同盐度梯度(10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45)对翡翠贻贝Perna viridis受精卵孵化及幼虫和稚贝生长、存活的影响。结果表明:盐度为10、40时,贻贝受精卵不能发育至D形幼虫;盐度为15、30、35时,受精卵可以孵化,但D形幼虫畸形率较高;盐度为20~25时,受精卵的孵化率较高,畸形率较低,为适宜孵化盐度;幼虫阶段,盐度为20~25时存活率和变态率最高,盐度为10、45时幼虫无法完成变态,幼虫生存的适宜盐度为20~35;稚贝阶段,生长存活的适宜盐度为15~35,盐度为20~25时生长速度最快、存活率最高。研究表明,翡翠贻贝幼虫和稚贝对高盐度和低盐度均有很强的适应能力。The influences of salinity( 10,15,20,25,30,35,40,and 45) on hatching,growth and survival of larvae and juveniles were studied in green mussel Perna viridis in indoor controlled conditions from July to August in 2011. The results showed that no D larvae were found in the development of fertilized egg exposed to a salinity of 40 and 10. The fertilized eggs were shown to hatch at salinity of 15,30,and 35,with higher deformity rate in D larvae. The higher hatching rate,and lower deformity rate were observed at the optimal salinity from 20 to 25. At larval stage,the maximal survival and metamorphic rate were observed in 20 salinity group and 25 salinity group,no metamorphosis at salinity of 10 and 45,and salinity adaptability of 20- 35 for the larvae. The mussel juveniles showed suitable salinity from 15 to 35,and had the best survival at salinity of 20-25,indicating that green mussel have very strong adaptive ability to high salinity and low salinity.
