黑米皮对高脂血症模型大鼠的抗氧化作用

摘　　要：目的研究黑米皮对高脂血症模型大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法健康雄性SD大鼠50只,用高脂饲料制作高脂血症大鼠模型,黑米皮高、低剂量组干预治疗8周,检测大鼠血清ALT、AST、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、MDA、NEFA。结果与模型组比较,黑米皮高、低剂量组大鼠血清ALT、AST、MDA、NEFA显著降低(P<0.05),SOD、CAT和GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05)。结论黑米皮对高脂血症模型大鼠具有一定的抗氧化作用。Objective To investigate the antioxidation of black rice outer layer fraction on hyperlipidemia rats.Methods 50 male SD rats were fed with high fat diet to establish the rat model of hyperlipidemia,then treated with high and low dosage of black rice outer layer fraction for 8 weeks,and the levels of ALT,AST,SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,MDA and NEFA in rat serum were detected.Results Compared with model group,the levels of serum ALT,AST,MDA and NEFA in high and low dosage of black rice outer layer fraction groups.were decreased significantly(P&lt;0.05),and the levels of serum SOD,CAT and GSH-Px were increased significantly(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Black rice outer layer fraction has a certain antioxidation on hyperlipidemia rats.
