摘  要:职业技能大赛是行业发展的风向标,是职业教育的试金石。大赛对于推进职业院校"以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促建"具有方向指导意义;大赛的评分体系更是大赛的直接倡导者和引导者。本文通过对全国酒店餐厅服务技能大赛评分标准的剖析,提出针对不同的行业大赛制定不同的评价体系,如餐饮企业与职业院校的技能大赛所侧重的重点应有所不同,企业侧重其经济性、实用性和环保性,职业院校则可侧重其观赏性与艺术性等。旨在使大赛评分体系更趋完善,为后续职业技能大赛提出公平、合理、科学的评价指标体系,正确引导职业大赛健康可持续的发展。Vocational skills competitions are the vanes of the industry development and the touchstone of the vocational education.The competition has guiding meaning for the vocational college to promote learning,teaching and construction through the competition.The valuation systems of the competition are the direct advocates and guides for the competition.Through the analysis of the valuation standards,this article raises the different valuation systems for different industry competition in order to perfect the valuation systems,to raises fairer,more reasonable,and scientific index system,and to guide the competition to develop continuously.For example,the focuses of the restaurants and the colleges are different.The industries focus on the economy,practicality and environmental protection,while the colleges on the ornamental and artistic.
