摘　　要：法理学是法学本科专业必修的基础课程。在本科法理学教学过程中应该明晰法理学课程的特点,梳理出法理学课程的知识结构图,知识的讲解注重理论联系实践,着力营造学生登台讲解的机会,以提高与保障本科法理学教学的效果。Jurisprudence is the mandatory and fundamental course for university undergraduates major in law.In order to improve and guarantee the favorable effects of jurisprudence teaching,teachers should have a clear clue on the characteristics of jurispru-dence courses during the process of teaching jurisprudence to university undergraduates,generalize the knowledge structure of jurisprudence courses,expound knowledge with an emphasis on the combination of theories and practice and put efforts to create chances for the students to give presentation on the stage.
