摘 要:教学大纲是指导课程教学的纲领性文件,也是进行教学检查和教学评估的重要依据。近些年来,随着教育教学改革的不断深入,研讨课教学模式开始在高校的许多课程教学中采用,但是这些课程的教学大纲仍然沿承了传统教学模式下的做法,没能很好地体现以学生为本的教学理念,缺少对研讨课教学方法的解释和说明,教学内容局限于教材内容没有深化拓展,这些影响了课程的教学效果。基于此,通过对先进教学理念的体现、教学内容与教学方法的连接、规范与灵活相结合以及将教学大纲纳入到教师教学工作业绩考核体系这些方面的探讨,力图提出完善这类课程教学大纲的一些具体做法。The syllabus is the framework document that instructs teaching and the basis that guides teaching examination and e-valuation.In recent years,with the development of education and teaching,more and more universities began to use the teaching model of seminar,but following the traditional model of teaching,the syllabus of seminar courses didn’t well reflect the student- oriented teaching idea due to the lack of detailed explanation and illustration of the teaching method of seminar courses.What’s worse,the teaching contents is bounded by books without further development,which affects the teaching qual-ity.This essay illustrates the embody of advanced teaching idea,the connection of teaching contents and teaching methods,the combination of standards and flexibility and the involvement of syllabus to teaching evaluation mechanism.Besides,some specific measures are put forward to improve the preparation and perfect the syllabus of seminar courses.
