全面提高高校艺术学生综合素质之思考

摘　　要：艺术成就是社会不断进步的一个重要标志。结合社会及高校现状,对如何全面提高高校艺术学生综合素质进行了思考,积极探索多种形式的办学机制,弘扬不息变动的创新精神。从社会、学校、学生、教师及教学等不同层面提出建议:以科学发展观为指导,树立品牌院校,完善学校管理并优化教学改革;加强思想政治教育,树立良好学风;强大教师队伍与素质,蕴育健康心理,彰显人文关怀;培养德艺兼备的艺术人才。Artistic achievement is an important symbol of the continuous progress of society.Aiming at the current situation of society and university,the paper discusses how to improve the comprehensive quali-ty of college art students in an all-round way,and puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of society,school,students,teachers and teaching,such as building high-quality universities,perfecting school management,optimizing teaching reform,establishing good style of study,strengthening the construction of teacher staff,manifesting humanistic care,and cultivating artistic talents with both morality and skills.
