中国稻米产品地理标志保护的现状浅析

摘　　要：农产品地理标志是中国水稻产业一项重要的知识产权。回顾了中国多年来在地理标志保护上所做的工作和取得的成果,分析了多年来稻米产品地理标志申请和注册情况,指出了目前地理标志保护工作中所存在的问题,并针对这些问题给出了相应的建议与对策。Geographical indications of agricultural products is an important intellectual property in rice industry.The work have done and the achieved results in the protection of geographical indications was reviewed,and the application and registration of geographical indications of rice products in these years was analyzed.Furthermore,the problems in the protection of geographical indications were proposed,as well as the corresponding recommendations and countermeasures for these problems.
