摘 要:为了探讨液体和固体发酵条件对亮菌(Armillariella tabescens)产漆酶的影响,采用正交试验对亮菌液体和固体发酵产漆酶培养基和培养条件进行筛选。供试亮菌在液体培养时产漆酶甚微,在培养基和培养条件优化后最高酶活为7.92 U/mL;固体发酵时在以葡萄糖浓度0.6%、稻草麦麸质量比3∶7、温度27℃、含水量65%、接种量11 mL/100 g培养时漆酶酶活可达3 496.7 U/g。固体发酵的酶活显著高于液体发酵,固体发酵更适宜亮菌产漆酶。To study the effect of liquid and solid fermentation conditions on laccase production from Armillariella tabescens,the culture media and conditions for liquid and solid fermentation of A.tabescens was optimized through orthogonal test.Laccase activity of A.tabescens was very low by liquid fermentation;the highest enzyme activity was 7.92 U/mL.Under solid fermentation conditions,when mass ratio of straw and bran was 3∶7,temperature was 27 ℃,water content was 65%,inoculum size was 11%,the enzyme activity reached up to 3 496 U/g,which was significantly higher than that of liquid fermentation.The solid fermentation was more suitable for laccase production by A.tabescens fermentation.
