摘　　要：根据汽车转向器专利信息的特点,通过划分专利类型,研究了专利检索技术中的需求表征方法和特征抽取技术,构建了相似余弦匹配模型来进行专利检索。在专利信息获取后,采用了RBP神经网络技术预测汽车转向器技术发展趋势和改进产品性能,为转向器企业在产品开发中的技术创新提供决策依据。According to the characteristics of patent informations in automobile steering gear,the methods of demand characterization and the technology of feature extraction about patent information retrieval were studied through dividing the type of patent information.On the basis of it,the matching model of similitude cosine was built to realize the patent retrieval.Finally,the technology of RBP neural network was used,which helped to forecast the development trends and improve product performance.In short,it provided the basis of decision-making during product development for the innovation of enterprise technology.
