摘　　要：在中国农村,由于地广人稀,新农村建设难度大,在建设过程中筹集足够的资金是大难点。如何实现新农村建设中资金筹集成为解决中国"三农"问题的重要内容之一。运用实例调查法、SPSS软件中Logistic回归模型、对比法分析了农户土地承包经营权抵押获取资金意愿的影响因素,并对影响因素的影响程度进行了探讨。旨在为中国农村以土地承办经营权抵押获取更多的发展资金,加快新农村建设的步伐。In the rural areas of China, there were huge difficulties during new rural construction due to small population for a large area, raising enough funds during construction was with great difficulty. How to raise fund during the new rural construction was one of the most important issues for solving the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in China.Using case investigation method, logistic regression model and comparative analysis of SPSS software, the influencing factors on willingness of farmer’s to mortgage land contractual management right for raising funds were investigated; and the influencing degree of each factor was discussed. It could help the rural areas of China to raise more money by mortgage of farmer’s land contractual management right, so as to accelerate the new rural construction.
