摘　　要：目的:采用系统评价的方法评价西帕依固龈液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库(Wanfang)中从建库至2013年3月30日关于西帕依固龈液治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效的随机对照试验(RCT)。对纳入的RCT进行资料提取和质量评估后,对能够进行定量合成的结果采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入10个RCT,共1 336例患者。结果显示:与对照组相比,西帕依固龈液能显著提高总有效率1.19倍[RR=1.19,95%CI=(1.10~1.29),P<0.001]及减小溃疡直径(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;能够减轻疼痛[MD=-2.52,95%CI=(1.10~1.29),P<0.001],但差异无统计学意义。结论:现有研究显示西帕依固龈液治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果显著,但鉴于纳入研究的局限性,对本研究结果的可靠性尚需展开更多高质量、大样本的RCT予以证实。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xipayi mouth rinse for recurrent oral ulcer performing a systematic review.Methods The CBM,CNKI,and Wanfang databases were searched for the randomized controlled trials( RCTs) of Xipayi mouth rinse in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer up to March 30,2013. After data extraction and quality assessment of included RCTs,the RevMan 5. 2 software was applied for meta-analysis if the outcomes could combine. Results Finally 10 RCTs involving 1 336 patients meeting the inclusion criteria. The results showed that compared with control groups,Xipayi mouth rinse could increase the total effective rate by 1. 19 times[RR = 1. 19,95% CI =( 1. 10 ~ 1. 29),P < 0. 001]and minish diameters of ulcer( P < 0. 05) significantly,could relieve pain[MD =- 2. 52,95% CI =( 1. 10 ~ 1. 29),P < 0. 001],but the results were not statistically significant. Conclusion The current evidence shows that Xipayi mouth rinse is effective in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. However,due to the limitations of the included RCTs,more high-quality and large-sample RCTs are needed to confirm the reliability of this systematic review.
